PVC, SILICONE AND POLYURETHANE PROTECTIVE BELLOWS
Resistant to water, dust, oils, chemical bases, UV, ambient pressure or humidity, these bellows protect crucial mechanical components of machines while guaranteeing the safety of those who use them. For greater mechanical strength, our PVC, silicone or polyurethane bellows can be reinforced with Kevlar, Nomex or polyester fabric.
The wide range of adaptable (modular) molds we own allows us to make bellows with various diameters and shapes: cylindrical, conical, cylindrical-conical, rectangular, etc.
The used raw material is available in several colors (the standard color is black, but on request they can be white, yellow, red, brown, etc.)
Operating temperatures range between -30º C and 250º C.
SEWN BELLOWS
Resistant to dust, water, oils, grease, ambient pressure or high temperatures, by sewing them both inside and outside, our sewn bellows acquire an increased strength and at the same time keep their shape very well.
The choice of materials is made according to your needs and technical requirements, and can be made of various fabrics: PVC, polyurethane, Aramid Preox, Viton, etc. Upon request, the bellows can be sealed.
Diameters and shapes: the smallest possible diameter we can manufacture is 30 mm. As for the maximum diameter, we have no limits.
Color: the standard color is gray, black and silver, but upon request,your sewn bellow can be white, yellow, green, etc.
Temperaturile de utilizare variază între - 55º C și 1000 º C.
FOLDED CLOTH BELLOWS
Resistant to dust, water, alcohol, oils, grease, perforation or fraying, our folded bellows can be used to protect sliders, lift tables/platforms, etc., perfectly isolating machine components from sparks, splashes, milling chips, etc.
LEATHER BELLOWS
Leather is a flexible material with low flammability and exceptional mechanical resistance: good resistance to abrasion, weathering, UV, tearing and permanent deformation.
In addition to these properties, there are several treatments that, if applied, give the material / products additional properties such as: high resistance to perforation, to different types of oils, to pressure, to sparks, to splashes, milling chip, welding slag, it gives impermeability or special aesthetic properties.
Operating temperatures range between -40 °C and +150 °C.
ACCESSORIES FOR PROTECTIVE BELLOWS
To facilitate the installation or use of our bellows, they can be provided with clamps, filter or decompression holes, guiding rings, Velcro, zippers, antistatic wire, metal rings or stroke limiters.
Upon request, we can also manufacture special bellows for the nuclear industry, technically approved, with special mountings: heated cord, special mountings to ensure perfect sealing, etc.
