PVC dip coating provides protection against dust of any kind, mechanical aggression, external aggression, against harmful liquids, but also good corrosion protection. By coating certain materials with PVC, your products can achieve a resistance to temperatures ranging between - 15°C and 80°C, UV resistance and aby other atmospheric factors, mechanical and chemical resistance, and an aesthetic appearance.

PVC coating is achieved by immersing parts, a seemingly simple process, but requiring specific technical knowledge. The immersion time of parts in the PVC bath determines the thickness of the PVC layer (minimum 1 mm).
Depending on the conditions of use of the products, you can opt for:
· use of a PVC with a hardness between 55 and 65 SH, which is recommended for its adhesion capacity, its abrasion resistance and vibration absorption.
· use of a PVC with a hardness between 80 and 90 SH, which is recommended for electrical insulation, impact to shocks and ensuring resistance to mechanical aggression.
